GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers, ammunition, and other regulated or restricted products are sold and shipped only in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Products available on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your location. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, transferred, and delivered at the destination before ordering.

New firearms are generally supplied in the manufacturer's packaging with the accessories included by the manufacturer. Firearm sales are final after transfer. Inspect every firearm before completing the transfer paperwork. If the firearm is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unacceptable, do not complete the transfer or take possession; contact ISFA-4 immediately.

WARRANTY FOR NEW FIREARMS & PRODUCTS

New firearms and other products are covered only by the applicable manufacturer warranty, if any. Warranty terms and procedures vary by manufacturer. After a firearm has been transferred, contact the manufacturer first for warranty service unless ISFA-4 instructs you otherwise. The manufacturer may require the customer to pay shipping or other charges.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

Firearms may be transferred only as permitted by federal, state, and local law. Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our licensed store location or shipped to an eligible receiving Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) selected during checkout. We may contact and verify the receiving FFL before shipment. Customers should contact the receiving FFL before ordering to confirm that the dealer will accept the transfer, can transfer the specific item, and understands any applicable fees or requirements.

CHANGING, MODIFYING, SUBSTITUTING ORDERS

We like to serve customers best as possible and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have placed an existing order and want to change it we can help you with that. The process is as follows: orders that need to be modified will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 charge. Once the customer receives the refund they can replace the order on the website. ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company WILL NOT place the order for the customer due to fraud and sensitive information that gets exchanged in transactions. At this point the transaction lead times have restarted.

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

Firearms, ammunition, optics, transferred serialized items, special-order items, clearance items, and any other item identified as final sale are not eligible for return unless required by law or ISFA-4 shipped the incorrect item. Do not complete a firearm transfer or take possession if the firearm is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unacceptable.

Eligible returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned only if it is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and returned within seven (7) calendar days after delivery. Before returning merchandise, email support@isfadefco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the order number and reason for the request. Packages received without an RMA may be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Refund deductions

Approved non-defective returns and customer-requested cancellations after an order has entered processing may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No additional credit-card processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges, FFL transfer fees, and return shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an ISFA-4 error or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective.

No restocking fee will be charged when ISFA-4 automatically rejects an order for an unsupported destination before inventory is committed or nonrecoverable fulfillment costs are incurred. If ISFA-4 shipped the incorrect product, we may issue a prepaid return label and will waive applicable restocking and shipping deductions.

Orders awaiting required FFL information or other requested documentation for more than 21 days may be canceled and may be subject to the 15% restocking fee. A firearm returned by an FFL because the transfer cannot be completed, including a failed background check, dealer refusal, or missing documentation, may be subject to the 15% restocking fee and applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when practicable. ISFA-4 does not reimburse fees charged by a receiving FFL. After receiving a return, ISFA-4 may evaluate the merchandise and packaging before approving a refund or exchange.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders generally ship from store inventory or a distributor warehouse within 3–10 business days after required payment, inventory, fraud, legal, and FFL verification. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the product and destination. Tracking is provided when available.

We currently ship only within the lower 48 states and do not ship internationally. An order submitted for a destination we do not serve may be canceled before fulfillment. No restocking fee will be charged when the order is automatically rejected before inventory is committed or nonrecoverable fulfillment costs are incurred.

Serialized items and firearms will be shipped to the eligible FFL selected during checkout; do not enter the receiving FFL as your personal shipping address. Billing and shipping information must satisfy checkout and fraud-prevention requirements. We may contact you if additional information is required.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase ammunition intended for rifles or shotguns and at least 21 years old to purchase ammunition intended for handguns. Additional state or local restrictions may apply. Ammunition is final sale and is shipped by an eligible ground service with any required adult-signature, hazardous-material, carrier, and destination controls. Customers are responsible for confirming that the ammunition and delivery are lawful at the destination and that the ammunition is appropriate for the firearm in which it will be used.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of the ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION

By placing an order, you certify that:

• You are legally eligible to purchase, possess, receive, and use each item ordered under applicable federal, state, and local law.
• You meet the minimum age applicable to each product ordered.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are not acquiring a regulated item for a prohibited person or unlawful purpose.
• You understand that submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance, fulfillment, background-check approval, or transfer.
• You will complete any required firearm transfer through an eligible FFL and comply with all applicable identification, residency, background-check, and transfer requirements.

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
